A busy weekend

WOW, Home Machine Quilting Show was AMAZING!
We were out the door by 9am and didn't get home 'til 8pm! There was so much to see, I wish we could take the time to enjoy each quilt but we were EXHAUSTED!
I couldn't get a picture that shows how big it was. ..

I went with my grandma, aunts and cousin, we all love to quilt!

Here you can see rows of quilts..there were rows and rows, and the booths were so much fun, so much stuff to buy!
So I will show you what I bought :

I bought this birthday wall hanging pattern from the cotton shop booth. They always have the cutest fabrics and patterns. And the #'s are interchangeable.
Then I bought this paper dolls quilt pattern from the Material Girls Booth!

Here is a picture of the whole quilt. I cannot wait to get started on this!

This is from Bee in my Bonnet Blog which is a great blog for anyone to check out

I wish you all could have been there!  That was the biggest quilt show I have ever been too.
So the quilt show was on friday and the next morning I got up and did the Breast Cancer Walk in Salt Lake City.  Look at all the people...
can you believe that? Somewhere around 20 thousand people participated!

Don't you love her hat? She is a breast cancer survivor.
And here is me and Georgie at the finish line! It was a 3 mile walk and a beautiful morning!
