Quilted and Binded just in time for Sew N' Tell Friday!

Such a basic quilt that I whipped up using all my left over plaid fabrics.

And for the quilting part of it I just did an all over stipple since that is really all I'm good at.

And i'm excited at how the binding turned out. Usually it only looks good when i hand bind it but I used my machine on this one and it turned out great. Click here to read more about how I am slowly perfecting my binding skills!

trying to finish

I am enjoying this pattern a lot! The skirts are so cute!

Right now I'm working on my second skirt from this pattern. I'm working on the high waist band skirt. (like the khaki one in the pix)

Hopefully I can wrap this up by the end of the week. I just wish I had more hours in the day.

 I need to finish the top stitching...

And I need to add a zipper. I have never sewn in a zipper before but I'm hoping it won't be that complicated.
